Extension for Community
Healthcare Outcomes
(ECHO).

The heart of the ECHO model™ is its hub-and-spoke knowledge-sharing networks, led by expert interdisciplinary teams who use multi-point video conferencing to develop virtual communities with care providers.

Connecting a Community.

Project ECHO links expert interdisciplinary teams with primary care clinicians in local communities. These clinicians become part of a learning community where they receive mentoring and feedback from expert interdisciplinary teams. Together, they learn and share with the goal of enhancing care to patients locally.
