Call for Poster Abstracts for the 2025 ECHO Ontario Conference

Poster abstract topics may include anything related to ECHO Ontario and the Project ECHO Model. We invite authors to share information about activities/projects related to ECHO in a broad range of areas including research, education, health policy and clinical practice.

The deadline for submissions is October 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EDT
 

1. Poster abstracts must be submitted via the Survey Monkey link by October 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Please ensure all fields of the online submission have been filled in completely and accurately.  
2. All accepted abstracts will be published online as part of the conference proceedings.
3. If your poster abstract is accepted for the ECHO Ontario Conference, at least one author must register for and attend the full in-person/on-site conference (Courtyard by Marriott, 475 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4Y 1X7 on January 31, 2025).
