Project ECHO Ontario Skin and Wound will focus on conditions both common and less common, including but not limited to: diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries (ulcers), venous leg ulcers, and common skin conditions. Adult education, interprofessional team building and implementation science will also be discussed.

Weekly 2-hour sessions: 15 minute didactic lecture, based on International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) curriculum, followed by discussion of real clinical cases submitted by participants

Topics discussed: diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, pressure injuries, wound bed prep, infection, malignant, post-surgical wounds, traumatic injuries, peristomal care, lymphedema, acute infection and other wound and skin care issues

Hands on learning: 2-3 times per year at sessions held across Ontario
